I started the Full Expression podcast during the Pandemic as a way to create community. Over the years it has evolved into bi-monthly conversations about the creative process with an impressive and growing list of guests: writers like Michael Pollan and Nick Casey; musicians such as Killers’ drummer Ronnie Vannucci and guitar master Bill Frisell; food writer/chefs Matt Goulding and Abra Berens. And so many more inspiring people. These shows are professionally engineered and commercial free at a time when the US government is waging a war on public radio. We broadcast every 2nd and 4th Wednesday on Mendocino County Public Radio and are actively seeking other radio and distribution platforms.
